Gorgeous hotel, fairly clean, courteous staff, location down the hill for The Mall was marvellous. Got the same reasonably spacious and impressive a double room with an amazing view of mountains booked online, greatly enjoyed that. Location: the property was right by the market which is 500 meters away, well thought of entertainment options for kids and Himalayas. There was a rooftop restaurant nearby. The service provided there was excellent.

The room was absolutely gorgeous and impressive, had a GOOD view of naini lake. The staff were really kind yet not intrusive. The location was stunning by the great nature.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness levels were impressive. The staff was very cooperative and courteous. Also, the breakfast buffet had a good spread, and the food was delicious.

The room amenities were top-notch, including an ironing facility, heating, and air conditioning. The hotel also had a lovely garden area and a spa center, where I enjoyed a relaxing massage. The entertainment provided in the evening was delightful, with live music and a campfire. the service and facilities at this place exceeded my expectations.

The hotel was situated in a beautiful area and had a great view of the surrounding mountains. The complimentary breakfast had a variety of options, including fresh fruit and made-to-order omelets. It was also conveniently located near popular tourist attractions.

The room was not clean upon arrival and had a musty odor. The staff was not accommodating when we requested a different room.

Spending Easter at a hotel with two restaurants and spa services was a fantastic experience! The views from the room were stunning, definitely the best aspect of the stay. The hotel is located in a prime location with easy access to the street market and nearby attractions. Another thing I loved was the comfortable beds, perfect after a long day of sightseeing.

The breakfast options needed some improvement. There weren't many vegetarian options, and some food dishes had been out for a long time.
